CASE DESCRIPTION:
John represented two homeowners in a real estate dispute concerning a landslide in La Jolla, California. A neighbor had caused the landslide when he began excavating his lot without properly stabilizing the excavation.

OUTCOME:
John secured settlements for his clients that totaled over $1.2 million dollars, which were the highest settlements of any of the residents whose homes were damaged.
